Acceptance of Terms
By using Scale Responda's services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use our services.
Services
Scale Responda provides AI receptionist services and custom website design and development for businesses. AI receptionist services include automated call and SMS handling, appointment booking, lead follow up, and CRM integration on a monthly subscription basis. Website services include design, development, hosting setup, and ongoing maintenance as agreed upon with the client.
Payment
Clients are billed monthly at the agreed rate for AI receptionist services. Website projects may be billed as a one time setup fee, a monthly fee, or a combination of both depending on the agreed scope of work. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Scale Responda reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel AI receptionist services at any time by emailing team@scaleresponda.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. Your service continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current month. Website projects that have already begun are non-refundable once development work has started.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information during onboarding and to use Scale Responda services lawfully including compliance with SMS and telemarketing regulations. For website projects you agree to provide necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Intellectual Property
All AI systems, workflows, and technology built by Scale Responda remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the service during their active subscription. For websites, ownership of the final website transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scale Responda retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
Scale Responda is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing period or project invoice.
Termination
Scale Responda may terminate service to any client who violates these terms or uses our services unlawfully.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
